A day in the life of:

Core is a rewarding and fulfilling place to work. Joining Core as a graduate straight out of college I was determined to grow my skills and abilities to their full potential. Core excelled in providing me with the necessary training and guidance to allow me to advance in my career. As QA Team Lead, I get to work in a lot of interesting projects with different teams around the business. There’s great variety to my job and I get to learn new things every day. The people in Core are what makes it great and even though remote work has taken over our lives, the team at Core have never been closer.

Every day at CORE is a new discovery. As a developer I have the liberty to explore all or any technical aspect of the business that I would wish for – from Automation to Analytics to Innovative Integrations. I get the opportunity to work closely with the customers and with the internal experts. All SME and guides at CORE are truly talented and motivate us to stay committed to growth and development. My job is not limited to only programming, I have a variety of options around me to pick and be it project proposals, process flow enhancements, personal development, designing, organising fun events and my favourite one – converting a small idea into a creative solution for our customers. I feel truly appreciated every day in my role as Team Lead Of the Customer Experience Team at CORE. There are any different elements to my role, such as working on a busy Help Desk providing the highest standard real time support to our clients, to leading Operations Meetings with our entire clients base. No two days are the same in my role which is very exciting. I work with a fantastic team on the CX Desk but also within CORE as a greater business. Both the Irish office and the UK office work in harmony to get the job done for our clients and provide the highest standard of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. I develop software also and provide client support when required. For my SME areas I am responsible for Business Analysis, Installation, Configuration, Training and SME Support for the business.
